Thijs Lukkezen MSc

Thijs has been working in the CEMS core team as a software developer and consultant since July 2020. His knowledge and experience is rooted in the geotechnical domain. He obtained his Civil Engineering MSc. degree at Delft University of Technology in 2016 and has previously worked as a geotechnical specialist at Boskalis, Royal HaskoningDHV, Deltares and Fugro. Ever fascinated by the power of automation and data-driven solutions, he focussed his development towards software engineering, primarily in the Python language. At CEMS, he uses these skills to design, build and maintain the backend of the API products. He can combine his domain knowledge of Civil and Software Engineering to be a communicator in multi-disciplinary teams and translate business objectives into software solutions. His aim is to create new digital solutions that help the business move forward.
